顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)像系統是(shi)指(zhi)能夠把(ba)顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡觀(guan)察(cha)的(de)(de)(de)像,通(tong)過(guo)專業的(de)(de)(de)顯(xian)示器或電腦實時呈(cheng)現(xian)出(chu)來,并且通(tong)過(guo)專業的(de)(de)(de)軟件達到分(fen)析測量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。一(yi)般顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)像系統是(shi)由(you)顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡攝(she)像頭和電腦組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡攝(she)像頭,也叫顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡相機、搭配(pei)專用(yong)軟件也被稱為顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圖像分(fen)析系統。其是(shi)指(zhi)專門(men)針對顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡開發的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種輸入(ru)設備(bei),用(yong)于和顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡結合來獲取顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)像圖像的(de)(de)(de)光學(xue)儀器。通(tong)過(guo)專用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)適配(pei)器安放在顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡的(de)(de)(de)三目筒上,并由(you)數據接口與成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)像設備(bei)相連,實現(xian)在成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)像設備(bei)中實時顯(xian)示樣品圖片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。

1.攝像頭
按(an)照所使(shi)用(yong)的(de)圖像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳感器(qi)來分顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭可分為CCD攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭和(he)CMOS攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭(數(shu)字攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭和(he)模擬攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭)2種。由于顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡攝(she)(she)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)頭是(shi)一種專(zhuan)門針對(dui)微(wei)(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)世界領域的(de)成像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)儀器(qi),它可以通過和(he)PC鏈接,或(huo)結合專(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)圖像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)處理軟件將顯(xian)微(wei)(wei)(wei)鏡觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察到的(de)樣本微(wei)(wei)(wei)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)圖像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸送出(chu)來,然(ran)后進行測(ce)量和(he)研(yan)究(jiu),這非(fei)常有利于研(yan)究(jiu)人員的(de)對(dui)被檢物體的(de)分析研(yan)究(jiu)。
2.載物(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)
用于承載標本(ben)物(wu)體的平臺(tai)(tai)。載物(wu)臺(tai)(tai)分為固定式和滑動(dong)(dong)(dong)式兩種。固定式載物(wu)臺(tai)(tai)上標本(ben)的移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)通過移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)尺(chi)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)或(huo)直接用手(shou)推動(dong)(dong)(dong),如 CX21、CH。滑動(dong)(dong)(dong)式載物(wu)臺(tai)(tai)則(ze)通過臺(tai)(tai)面的滑動(dong)(dong)(dong)來移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)標本(ben),如 IX。C 型顯微鏡載物(wu)臺(tai)(tai)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)主要包(bao)括四個部(bu)分:移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)尺(chi)導 軌部(bu)件(jian)(jian);移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)尺(chi)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian);載物(wu)平臺(tai)(tai)部(bu)件(jian)(jian);標本(ben)夾部(bu)件(jian)(jian)。
3.樣本夾
樣本夾類型。簡單的可以分為彈簧夾和彈簧壓片兩種形式,其中彈簧夾形式包括左/右兩個方 向(根據實驗條件和使用習慣選擇使用)。根據機械設計的不同又可分為 CX21 為代表和 CH 為代 表的兩種形式。其中,CX21 標本夾需要通過轉軸 A 的旋轉來調節活動夾的力度。而 CH 標本夾由 于設計不同,活動夾力度不需要調節。
